WHO TEACHES THE BRILLIANT LEADER PROGRAM?

Your program facilitators are Carol Westberry, SPHR, SHRM-SCP and Elizabeth Fanslow. Carol and Elizabeth are the founders and partners of PSSworks! and work with business leaders, directors, managers, and supervisors in businesses.

They also train and facilitate team workshops to teach teams to communicate using the Color Code Communication System. Both Carol and Elizabeth are Color Code Certified Trainers.

Carol’s superpowers are based in Human Resource Management and Elizabeth’s are in Business Strategy & Systems and Leadership Development. Both Carol and Elizabeth are passionate about building High Performance Leadership and Communication within businesses.

The Brilliant Leader Program was designed and developed by Carol and Elizabeth. The program which started out as a training tool for them when working with companies has blossomed into a rich, successful training tool.
